This unit has never been used with coffee, but suffered some cosmetic damage during shipping. The water reservoir carrier sits slightly askew, resulting in the water reservoir needing to be pulled forward a bit before being lifted out of the machine. There is also a slight bend in the cup warming tray and a very minor blemish in the powder coating near the drip tray. To prevent any further damage from occurring during transit, this machine is only available for local pickup in Portland. It has been thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested by our tech team.
