Sanremo YOU Espresso Machine

What is it?

The Sanremo YOU is an Italian-built and commercially certified dual-boiler espresso machine with a gear pump allowing direct control over pressure profiling. The YOU’s complete functionality can be used with the machine plumbed into a water source or operated on the large 2L reservoir. While you can use the machine manually, the YOU has six pre-programmed shot profiles with an additional 16 profiles that can be programmed and saved on the machine’s integrated touch screen.
